She specializes in enabling revenue teams to operate with clarity, confidence, and psychological safety—so strategy doesn’t stall at execution.
Ali has partnered with organizations including Google, TikTok, UC Berkeley, and National Geographic, supporting leaders and sales teams through moments of scale, change, and market transition. Using her proprietary VIBES Methodology, she helps teams sharpen positioning, improve pipeline health, strengthen executive presence, and align human behavior with modern revenue systems—especially in AI-augmented environments.
Her career bridges sales, recruiting, and go-to-market execution. Ali began in wellness and membership sales, where she learned to sell experience, community, and outcomes—not just products. She later transitioned into ad sales and executive recruiting, developing deep expertise in storytelling, consultative selling, and stakeholder influence. She went on to lead the ramp-up of a Workday Technology Practice within a high-growth consulting firm, driving GTM strategy, territory focus, and cross-functional alignment across a 400-person organization.
At Google, Ali spent five years in Cloud recruiting and talent strategy, partnering closely with senior leaders across Cloud, AI, and ML. Beyond pipeline execution, she facilitated leadership workshops and launched The Advocate Program, increasing morale and engagement by over 60% by improving psychological safety, clarity of ownership, and internal advocacy—core drivers of high-performing revenue teams.
Today, as the founder of GroundedNomad, Ali works at the intersection of sales enablement, business development, and leadership development. She designs immersive workshops, GTM resets, and experiential programs that help teams modernize their sales motion without losing trust, creativity, or momentum. Her work spans enterprise workshops, offsites, and executive coaching, helping teams move from tool overload to integrated execution.
